ACAI BOWL

INGREDIENTS:
2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries & blueberries
3 tbsp honey
1 ripe banana sliced
3 tsp acai powder
3 strawberries sliced
1 passionfruit halved
Handful fresh blueberries
Dragonfruit slices
Kiwi fruit
Cinnamon
Handful of granola

METHOD:
Place frozen bananas in a food processor along with the frozen raspberries, blueberries, honey and acai powder. Blend until mixture is thick and smoothie.* 

Top with fresh fruit, granola and cinnamon. Eat straight away or place mixture in the freezer for later.* 

** If your food processor is struggling to blend ingredients, slowly add small amounts of water until smoothly blended. 

** If you choose to freeze the mixture, allow about 10 minsfor the smoothie to thaw before eating.
