COCONUT AND CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rolled oats
4 tbsp shredded coconut
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 1/2 cup greek yogurt (coconut yogurt if dairy free)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut
water
1 small/medium red apple shredded into thin slices
1 Passionfruit

METHOD:
In a large bowl, mix together oats, coconut and chia seeds. 

Then, add in your choice of yogurt as well as the coconut water. Mix until completely combined. 

Add in the cinnamon and half of your shredded apple. Cover your bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight. 

In the morning, take out your oats and if they seem a little dry you can add a splash of coconut water. Then, combine your passionfruit and the rest of your grated apple into the oats (or place them on top).
